I am so excited to share Katie & Mike’s wedding with you! The Perfect Palette did an awesome feature on their big day last week, and they described the wedding as “unique, inspiring, and pin-worthy all rolled into one.” I couldn’t agree more! These two really wanted a romantic and organic day to celebrate with their friends and family—And most importantly, they were all about having FUN! For example, the couple dedicated part of the afternoon to a happy hour at On Tour Brewing Company… Just hanging out with their wedding party, toasting to their marriage, and enjoying everything about the day. Talk about goals. 🙂

Katie and Mike held their day at Salvage One, which they fell in love with the first moment they saw it… I mean, check out their gorgeous bridal suite and the amazing courtyard (my favorites!). The mismatched tables and chairs, the chandeliers, and all of the fun antiques (which are all for sale, by the way!) were a perfect fit for the laid back vibe they were going for. The unique setting allowed them to keep the décor simple and elegant so that all their favorite elements could really shine through. Natural Beauties Floral did a great job complementing the all of the woodwork and reclaimed goods with a neutral color palette and lots of greenery.

To top it off, Katie is the manager of All She Wrote in Lincoln Park, so the invitation, programs, and signage were absolutely stunning! If you are a future bride, you have to check out their one-stop shop for all of your paper goods!

When asked about their favorite photo moments of the day, Katie said, “Our first look was such a special moment. After getting ready with our wedding party it was our first, “This is happening!” moment. Our moms spying in the corner made the moment that much more special.”
