Stephanie and Steve’s wedding at the Chicago Botanic Garden was absolutely stunning, regardless of the fact that October 14th set records for the most rainfall in Chicago in the month of October since 1954! It seriously rained ALL day. And not just a sprinkle here and there… I’m talking about camera lenses fogging up, poncho-wearing kind of torrential downpour. These two were total troopers and had no problem wandering around the beautiful gardens for pictures, and I really think rainy photos can be the most romantic of them all! Plus, we got to spend a lot of time in the garden’s succulent greenhouse, which we all know made my day. 

As you can tell by the photos, Stephanie and Steve were not going to let the rain dampen their excitement for the day. Even when we had to evacuate the reception tent and move everyone inside, these two just kept smiling and dancing! Evidence of their complete and utter happiness and love for one another can be found below. 🙂
